The Loretto Lofts is a 1920s era Catholic School in the Beaux-Arts style retrofitted into condominiums. ro design drew inspiration from the perfectly preserved exterior and infused modern elements to create the ideal address for two empty-nesters downsizing from their large family home.

The goal was to ensure that every inch of the 1700 square foot condo was maximized. By integrating custom-millwork and smart space-planning, ro design created a graceful space that retains the building’s character. The result is a small footprint that is more than generous in terms offering comfort and style.
